Serge-Armand Yao (PhD, Biblical Studies) served for 19 years as a pastor in the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church in Cote d’Ivoire. During that time, he held key leadership roles, including senior pastor, Academic Dean of Institut Supérieur de l’Alliance Chrétienne (ISTHAC), and Old Testament professor and chaplain at the Université de l’Alliance Chrétienne d’Abidjan (UACA). For over a decade, he has also mentored youth movements across C&MA churches in Africa. Since August 2025, he has been serving as pastor of the Église Protestante Evangélique de Mérignac (EPEM), part of the C&MA churches in France. He is married to Rita, and they are the parents of three children: Christ-Hanniel, Ira-Loïs, and Anne-Doris.
